Kitten question

For those of you who treat pets, I have a 10 wk old kitten who fell
She is fine other then 1 hip joint moves in and out
Did X-rays for diagnosis
Vets said it’s a wait and see since she is too young for surgery, and the leg can not be taped to the body because the pelvis is still forming
Of course nothing is fused as everything is still growing
Other the. Arnica for swelling & pain, although she doesn’t seem painful, what else can I do?
If you stretch the affected leg out the joint pops back in but it won’t stay in. She is eating and doing everything, she is quieter then her siblings, but will play, she kind of bunny hops with the back legs forward and under the body.
