Re: remedy making
Okay, so you are saying an 8 oz bottle = 16 Tbs and requires 48 drops of MT for a 1:100 ration and
then use the entire bottle for, say, a gallon watering can?
Kaviraj said to use about 20 little pillules/gallon of water, So if medicating pillules a smaller dilution bottle
could be used for medicating a small bottle of pills.??? Is that correct?

Ah,
I have a bunch of dropper bottles from herbals which I sterilized so it is easy to count drops with them.
I even have some with Ml marked on sides.
I also looked up on line to for conversions and saw that 1 tsp = 100 drops; 1Tbs = 300 drops. A 2 oz bottle
is 4 Tbs = 12 drops for the 1: 100 ratio. That worked easily enough.

Tanya,
Why don’t you just count your drops of water and your remedy. Then you’ll know exactly how many drops you need. If you want to use tablespoons, or teaspoons, then just count them. I guess you want to make it for your garden, so you want to make a lot.

No, I don't think I need a lot if I work with Kaviraj's formulas. I recall Maria uses even less remedy.
Kavi would dilute about 100 of the little pillules to 5 gallons of water and success 50x. From what
a few others describe, I don't think it needs to be that specific. Based on the conversion tables and
my testing them out and Paulines charts, i did 6 bottles this a.m. but only successed 30x instead of 100.
The next to last bottle I used 50% alcohol to preserve it. The last bottle I did 100% alcohol. At 6c, I
am thinking that 1 tsp (100 drops) might equate to using medicated pillules. I have no information
to date on figuring this out. If my flea beetles leave my bok choy alone, I will deem it working.

Hi again,
And I'll try again....................
Step one is to take MT up to a C1.
Then repeat the process to take C1 up to the potency needed.
(Assuming you know each step requires dilution and succusion, If you want a 6C, from the MT you would go up 6 times. )
OK, now you have the remedy in the potency needed.
Are you OK with the process so far???? It might be easier to use the X scale. (Number of succussions - X is 10 and C is 100) I can give more details if you need them.
-------------------------
When you have reached the required potency and we use the Boston Round example it would be one or two drops remedy to 6 oz.of water.
NOW TO CONVERT THIS TO A LARGER AMOUNT:
There are 128 ounces in a fluid gallon. Using the 6 oz. example, as above,, it would be 21-22 drops/pills to a fluid gallon. (Large amount for garden)

Unfortunately this is not what i need to know.
1 tsp = 100 drops
so if you use 2 Tbs then it would require 6 drops of MT which should
provide enough for succussing.
But then do you just fill up the 8 or 4 oz bottle with water/alcohol after reaching the potency desired?

I get it --finally!
What if you do not do 100 succussions? How does that affect the potency?
Now for another question, if you don't mind. This is about working with solid materials.
I am trying to do a local snail remedy. Do I dry out the snail? Use the whole thing?
Can I use and electric seed grinder for trituration?
I have some very old lactate pillules. I assume they are still good.
thanx again.

Re: remedy making
You can grind the snail in alcohol, let it sit and strain for a tincture. The Organin has trifurcation directions.
The successions put the energy in the remedy.
What are you trying to do. Repell snails?

Yes. Helix tosta works for slugs but seems to attract snails. Thinking it might be good to use my local snails for a remedy
to see if that works.

Re: remedy making
100 sucussions each dilution is the "C" scale.
The "X" scale is 10 sucissions each dilution.
C is a higher frequency while X is denser, more material lever frequency.
-----------------------
There is a snail remedy.........first word is "tosta". I think "tosta" means toast----sure enough, Clarke, "Helix Toata"
"Toasted snail, N.O. Helicide Tritruation"(grinding).........Clarke
Not sure about the lactose pills????? How old is old?
Does this help?

My lactose pills are at least 10 yrs old.
Helix tosta is the traditional Hx remedy and made from snail.
