Homeopathy is on the brink of being DESTROYED due to this recent court decision. Please share this with like minded family/friends/ colleagues/groups/social media anyone you know who may be affected by this recent decision (manufacturers, doctors, practices, retailers, and of course, patients). This is a small excerpt of the most recent opinion of the Appellate Court of San Diego reversing a 2014 favorable judgment of the Superior Court of San Bernardino in Rozendez v. Green Pharmaceuticals which protected Homeopathy.

If this judgment is not challenged and overturned by the Supreme Court of California, Homeopathy, a 200 year old alternative system of medicine will be totally destroyed first in California and subsequently nationwide.

Manufacturers will be prevented to market, retailers to sell, practitioners to prescribe, all of them considered to be peddling “sugar pills”.

Furthermore, the same opinion shifts the burden of proof from the Plaintiff to the Defendant. If this judgment stays, it will allow hundreds of ‘lack of substantiation’ claims to be filed all over the country against integrative and alternative medicine: vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbs, homeopathic medicines,…..

We must fight to have this judgment reversed. Please help us!
