Response to skeptics
Now if you need to confront a so-called "scientist" who is skeptical about the feasibility of homeopathy you can respond that Nobel Prize laureate Dr. Luc Montagnier has been reproducing Dr Jaques Bienveniste’s results that show that extreme dilutions of water do carry “information” i.e. an electromagnetic signal
I am not saying this “proves” homeopathy but at least it demonstrates a possible mechanism that fits within the dominant paradigms.
Personally I dont think the EMF signal is sufficient to cause all the changes that a homeopathic remedy induces.

Re: Response to skeptics
Luc Montaigner was trashed behind his showing a mechanism of homeopathy.
But the value of it is that homeopathy is an energy based medicine and the skeptics and big pharma
keep trying to prove it is an unworkable chemical process. Our mantra needs to be that we do an
energy based system and don;t know why this is not promoted more

Re: Response to skeptics
It doesnt show a mechanism for homeopathy, but it does show that water can convey information.

Re: Response to skeptics
I think it shows there is energy being transmitted and that is at least part of the mechanism

Re: Response to skeptics
Why do we have to explain how homeopathy works?
Big pharma has no idea how their drugs work, for example Aspirin, originally a pain killer (we know it's rule in the Spanish flu) is now used as a blood thinner....
Viagra is another blatant example, originally designed for heart conditions now used ifor other purpose.
Why do we have to explain how homeopathy works when they can't explain how their drugs work.

Re: Response to skeptics
I never attempt explain how homeopathy works on a physico-chemical level. Its enough to say that a homeopathic proving is a reproducible scientific experiment and anyone really interested in homeopathy can try it and see for themselves.
But one gets in these discussions with so-called skeptics that know exactly two things about homeopathy 1) like cures like 2) extreme dilutions. You have to meet them where they are at sometimes. And telling them that a Nobel laureate is showing that water in extreme dilutions carries an information signal may be a way to start to dissolve their thick mind.

Re: Response to skeptics
The reality is that the alleged skeptics don't want their minds dissolved so it doesn't matter what you say or don't say.
I am thinking it best to just call them out on their stupidity which in my book is ignorance + arrogance (ie, a refusal to learn).
Ran into this on the issue of racism and Trump the other day and have beaten myself up for even trying to talk to this stupid
white woman. If I had a blog, I think that would be the title of a commentary.

Re: Response to skeptics
I had a good experience meeting with a "skeptic" in person. I talked with him for a while and finally convinced him to do a homeopathic proving. He developed so many symptoms that he had never experienced before that he dropped his objections. He had been seriously attacking homeopathy before.
Almost _Everyone_ is skeptical of homeopathy when they first hear about it, including most of us. Only direct experience changes anyone's mind. The poll that I did on this site a while back confirmed that.

Re: Response to skeptics
Do you not see that it is racist to refer to a person as a "stupid white woman"? Why are some of you so obsessed with race and the idea that everyone is racist but yourself or those who think like you? I could go on with this but I know what kind of response this will draw and I do not want to get into that. I really would like you to apologize for your racist comment.
