Odd color of globules . ARE THEY SAFE?
Dear List member,
9 years ago I bought remedies from Boiron france. They are in the original plastic vials.
When I opened one of the vials yesterday - I saw that they started to have a somehow brownish color.
Is it safe to use them.
Are they still effective with this color?
Thanks in advance!

The best advice I ever read was to use a remedy and if it did not work put a dot on the label in ink. The next time you use that remedy and it doesn't work add another dot. Thee dots on a remedy bottle and throw it out.
I am still using remedies I purchased years ago and do not have any dots on any of my remedy bottles.
Why not call Boiron and ask them.

Good point, Joe!
Rafy, I've had the same thing happen to one or two vials of tablets I've medicated, and I'm certain it was due to enclosing the vial with water-laden moisture still in it. I'd interpret the colour as an indication of fungal growth and most definitely not use them. Given that it's an unopened vial, you're owed a fresh one!

That is why the three dots. This is not for the same person. I didn't mean give it to only one person but to different people at different times.
I usually feel if a remedy did not work it was my mistake.
You bring up a good thought though. I purchase remedies from reputable pharmacies. I am amazed when I look back and realize I am here by the grace of God and good remedies.
I never think that the remedy is no good. I have blindly trusted them to work for almost 20 years and have not been disappointed.
Warmly, Maria

So, say you give this remedy to the first patient, not working, one dot. Then it is working on the next one, but not on the third one.
Do you remove the dot?

I was just passing on advice I picked up off one of our lists many years ago. Guess if it works you eliminate the dots.
Once it works we have our answer.

kind of iffy if you ask me. this practice assumes the right remedy was chosen to begin with.
