Delusion?

“Sometimes it appears I am looking over the top and down on myself – as if I am sitting behind me. I try to write and I write back to front, I know it is wrong but I can’t stop it. I have had this twice in the last 5 days and 2 severe migraines which is unusual for me.”
I sent the patient to his doctor who wasn’t interested and said there is nothing wrong with him. I make no comment.
The nearest rubrics I can find are:-

The nearest I could get to this was in Roberts – Sensations As If

Enveloped in cold damp clothing, whole body were - Verat. v.
He actually loved that rubric. BTW he feels warm and dry to touch!!
I would love some comments on this if you have time.

Those look like nice relevant rubrics, but can you put them in any context, "the rest of the case" to rule in / out the remedies that come up below?

I would think that the "what-was-happening-right-before" and also the particulars of the migraines might be important. And etc.? Interesting!!
