SEPIA DESCRIPTION OF ICT

Below is a fairly long explanation/description of Sep ICT since that is currently under discussion.....
Thanks for the explanation Ellen.

We would certainly benefit from easier ways to spot a remedy than side effects of exceptional work or exhaustion type leads.

My studies of ICTs in cats have been very useful in this area.
In general domestic cats do not have issues from their profession or their way of making a living!!!!
So you get to study the characteristics of the ICT in a more "pure" way, without any skewing due to occupation, and this is indeed a great advantage.
Domestic Cats have this wonderful life in general, able to do as they please in the main. So ICT characteristics are what differentiate them.
SEPIA.

Some Sepia things discovered this way for example:

Sepia is born very tiny, but very fiesty.
A Sep kitten at birth with swat her siblings away from a teat she wants, regardless show big they are, there is no fear there. If the sire of the kittens comes to check out a sepia kitten splashing about in the waterjug (a bowl would be unsafe at the very young age) Sep kitten will equally swat away his interference in her activity in her space.
Sep is almost fanatic about claiming their own space at any age.
They are happy alone, need no company to feel happy but will form close relatonships, especially child-parent ones, (with Sep in either the child or parent position).
Sep is fiesty if their personal space is invaded. In cats the Sep will have their own territory/chair etc, and will hiss and swat at anyone who comes into that space - and soon everyone knows better than to try.
I call this the Sep "hissy-spitty" feature.
Sep is always pretty to look at, with lovely colouring. But they are not elegant at all, and may walk crabwise, and their tails are soewhere or other, not held proudly up for example, unless they get that way by accident of excitement.
They flop off chairs rather than hopping/rising elegantly. They may walk crabwise - a little lopsided. A dog case I had was a wonderful show animal till he had to run around the ring - he was inelegant and lost there after getting top points elsewhere. No amount of Sep will fix that, it is just how Sep is.
Repertory lists them under "want of elegance" and that is always so.
Female Seps have a high propensity to birthing issues and abortions (which DO resolve with some Sep).
As teenagers they are long and lanky, skinny even, and lack the typical pot belly. But they get it back again as they approach middle age.
They would rather self-mutilate than let others mess about with them.
(One sep cat chewed her breast off for example, as it was dangling and getting in her way, from having been sucked too much by her mother!)
Sep has a stocky build except at teenager stage, meaning a shortish, fairly broad body, and legs not long. Even the face is a bit shorter than usual for the breed/race/group. The eyes are rounder than usual.
Fur is luxurious, and often has color genes for dilution like bluecream, or merle. Tail is relatively long. It is not actually long, but relative to the shorter more compact body it seems long.
So Sep will be a shorter person, with rather a pot belly except as a teenage or young adlt person, pretty in colouring but inelegant in movements, VERY concerned to have "personal space" and have it repected by all. You might have to ask questions to elicit the personal space issue, as they will not advertize it but anyone who knows them will confirm it.
Another peculiar feature is their noise sansitivity.
Music can irritate them, and sounds like chalk on a board or scotch tape being pulled off a roll cause extreme irritation.

I would like to think that we will eventually combine all the knowledge from different origins, about a remedy representation - an ICT - so as to have well documented, much more complete pictures for each remedy, than we have now.
Cats have taught a lot due to not having occupational hazards to skew the appearance of normal for their ICT.
No washerwoman cats for example.
Cows are also good that way.

Sep body style:
Note shortish body, quite big rounded eyes, front and back feet a bit too close, making stance overall a bit awkward looking, and forcing a rounded back, but very pretty fur. Overall she is small for her group, even as an adult. There is a slight pot belly hiding under all that fur. In peple, a "dowager hump" is common in Sep types, along with a pot belly, and this cat sows how easy that would be, too, at least partly as a result of poor posture. It shoudl be no surprise that Sep back rubrics are very plentiful, due to the posture issues:

Just check these against the typical Sep profile/posture of the cat above, it is clear to see the connection.
Back issues are not usually expected in one of such smallish stature. But Sep has them in spades. Only Calc comes anywhere close, with less than half the rubrics above. Many above are found only in Sep.

Below the Sep klitten swats her dad - "leave me! this is MY space to play in!" No fear of size difference, defending her space.

And below as a tiny baby, half the size of the other siblings, not sure if you can see the pot belly, but it is there, also the inelegant way she holds her limbs, body ...awkward...twisted:
Here you can definitely see the pot belly, and again arms and legs not elegantly placed, unlike other kittens this age:

Except for claiming their space, they are social.

Sepia cats will run and hide when guests come. Some will hide even from the famiiar family.
They act frightened when there is nothing to be frighterned of.
They are generally sedentary in habits. BUT if they get some physical activity - may take a lot of persuation! - it really helps them:
GENERALS - EXERTION; physical - amel.

Claiming/defending their space is my TOP SEP feature, if I was only allowed to choose one:-)
Even Sep cats who hide for most of the time, have claimed a specific place that is their hiding space and will defend it, and be happy there, all alone, except for close trusted friends.

Wow, thanks for that, Irene! Now I can eliminate Sepia for myself…. I’m on a search for my ICT, at this stage in my life/cure. Many miasmatic issues have been resolved, but I’m looking for that provision of wellbeing to bring it all home. I shall be taking notes, you can believe.
