Early breast development

Is homeopathy able to address early breast development in a 7 year old? One breast is getting slightly swollen, and is painful/tender to the touch. The girl has been to 2 different docs who say it is early breast development.
The mom, of course, would like to delay this if possible.

I have taken this case again. Puls still comes up overwhelmingly as #1. It is followed by phos and then sulph.
