One other possibility, if you are ultra-cautious (as I guess I am!): some years ago I picked up a lead-lined bag from the photo dept. - they may still sell them for people who travel with undeveloped film. Just to add to this (and I never found the mutilate rubric, thanks, Joy) I have (or had) trichotillomania, in my case it was pulling out eyelashes, from roughly ages 13 to 60. Believe me, it's an almost impossible to resist compulsion. As a student, I took a dose of Nat Mur 30C for some other reason...

I also came up with Spig: burning pains; cold teeth; as if a half-fluid body were ascending in throat; hard lump in abdomen. And it figures in a lot of sexual rubrics.
