I have several roundish brown keritinized skin lesions mainly on my trunk and temples. As they age they become harder and thicker. They seem to be in areas that were sun damaged many uears ago when I tanned in a bikini. Is there some way to get rid of them safely? Would sure appreciate help. Thanks,...
