Thanks Vicki for the info. Yes, one of the things I've been doing is raw honey several times per day. It helps my cough but only for a short time. I live in an apartment so no property to house bee hives.

It is very cold here too and sets off coughing spells for me. Strangely, I thought I'd feel better while taking a hot shower but I had shortness of breath in the shower. Probably more so from the exertion of showering and not necessarily the steam.
