Re: Codex being voted in the USA starting next week-OT
I know this is off-topic, but it's also extremely relevant to many of us. THESE are the health experts that get to dictate virtually the whole world's access to supplements????? How did they get so powerful that governments everywhere have acceded to whatever they decide? And I'd expect all those ML...

Re: briefly in reply to Rosemary re Mang.
Thanks, Robin. It would not have been one of my major thoughts for clients with eczema, but obviously it should be considered. Useful info! Rosemary

Re: Magnets and homeopathy
Dr J, Interesting observation on the effect of conflicting goals in different therapies when applied to the same patient at the same time. Very few practitioners of any kind, unfortunately, work otherwise than by "cookbook" formulas: X "disease" requires "Y" treatment. ...

mineral discussion - Manganum for eczema
Hi, all. I was really fascinated by Robin's Materia Medica entry for Manganum in his book on treating eczema (Logan, The Homeopathic Treatment of Eczema). I wonder if he'd be willing to share a Manganum experience with us as part of this mineral discussion? Rosemary [Non-text portions of this messag...

Re: mineral discussion
I've had a patient respond very well to Manganum-metallicum to treat the after-effects of chemotherapy. I thank someone on this list for giving me the key rubric (sorry I can't remember who it was): EXTREMITIES - walking - slapping. I had looked and looked for how to find this symptom, and couldn't ...

Re: Magnets and Homeopathy
Thanks, Fran. Yes, it was this list, and the concensus was that magnets do interfere with remedies, substantially. Perhaps it depends what the remedies are??? Anyway, I'm delighted that this didn't happen with your patient, and glad to know it's not universally true. Thanks for sharing this with us....

Re: mineral discussion
Yes, basically that was my thought, but since 7-8-9 was a triad, I was thinking in triads for the other groupings as well -- 15-16-17 and 1-2-3 (although most of our interest would be in 1 and 2, in terms of known remedies). For what it's worth. Rosemary
