Hi Deb, might be a silly question, but did you take arnica internally after it happened? If not, I would give Arnica a try. If Arnica does not work well, I have had success using Bellis Perennis for sprains. Bellis is great for sprains, deep trauma and for unbearable types of pain. Best of luck to y...
