Food cravings/aversions/obstacles to cure?

Dear Respected Colleagues, As a student who's just begun the clinical phase of her studies, I am deeply interested in the role that food cravings and aversions play in a person's health and what we, as homeopaths should do in terms an attempt by the body to balance out a system that's out of balance...

Upstate NY

Well, she lives in a town called "Holley". Sorry to be vague. I've never been there--(or even in NY for that matter). We became friends and lived near one another in Indiana. Best I understand it's near Buffalo. ************************************ Date: Tue, 30 Mar 2004 09:18:18 -0800 Fro...

NY recommendation

Hello All, I'm looking for a recommendation for a homeopath in upstate New York, USA for a friend of mine. Does anyone personally know someone there that they feel comfortable recommending? Her daughter is having some serious problems and I don't want to take the chance of just picking someone off a...

interpreting strong reaction....

Great, Allen! Thanks for the vote of confidence. I didn't talk to her directly yet today, but she sent a text-message to me saying that she was still on the Brufen, so I assume that means her head is still hurting. I plan on calling her after she gets off from work to let her know what has been said...

Re: need assistance interpreting a strong reaction to rx

- Hi again... Ellen, thanks for appreciating my position as a friend trying to take a case... Joy, you asked what case analysis in GV I was referring to... well I was looking at Appendix B in the back of the book for various reactions to the administered remedy, specifically, p. 304. need assistance interpreting a strong reaction to rx

Hello Everyone, Something interesting has just happened and being a student, I'm unsure of how to interpret it. Last night, a fellow student of homeopathy called me to say that she was having a troublesome pain in her knees that she wanted a remedy for. Since her homeopath (our tutor) was out of tow...

Autos (off topic)

If we're dreaming... I'd just like to be up to the spiritual status to just "think myself" to wherever I'd like to go!!! ;-))))) In the meantime I'll have to settle for driving a Chrysler Voyager to haul my 5 kids and their stuff around!!! Lisa Newlin Message: 4 Date: Mon, 8 Dec 2003 12:59...

Re: Silicea Rx and root canal

Shannon, The tooth was a molar that had crumbled without apparant cause three years before. One edge was gone, but the rest of the tooth seemed sound. I neglected going to the dentist because it wasn't bothering me. I just kept putting it off. Then last month, I was prescribed Silicea for leukorrhea...

Re: Borax

Hi All, I want to thank all who have helped me with my question on Borax: Rochelle, Joy, and H.B.--although I'm still not so clear on CAUSATION--any more ideas?? Joy, were you implying that it had to do with fear beginning at the time of birth with the first downward motion out of the womb? If so, t...
